All students welcome, including complete beginners. New starters can just turn up.
Prices

| Annual insurance fee | £20 / year |
The yearly fee covers your insurance and is paid by every student.

Your first class
Just turn up. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and trainers (lightweight ones are best). Training gets warm, so bring water.
Getting there
The Hanover Centre is halfway up Southover Street, just off the Level. It's within easy reach of buses on London Road and Lewes Road. There is no parking, so please walk or use public transport if you can.

Ring the bell marked "Lower Hall".
